There is evidence to suggest that in time of political and social turmoil people are drawn to paranormal beliefs as a way to make sense of the world. 2020 has been a cataclysmic year both politically and socially and so we can expect people to be drawn to the paranormal and the esoteric more than ever before. My project, ‘Eerie Éire’ is an exploration and celebration of Irish occulture and lore, past and present.
