Fleur du Nuit

‘Fleur du Nuit’ is a women’s wear collection that reflects a balance between powerful silhouettes derived from the classic tuxedo and delicate embellishment inspired by Princess Grace of Monaco’s rose garden.
A starting point for this collection was a visit to the Casino de Monte Carlo, a building rich in art, culture and mystery. Along with the fascinating story of three courtesans who dominated the casino throughout the 1890s and the portrayal of Grace Kelly in Alfred Hitchcock's 'How to Catch Thief' (1955), Monte Carlo tells the narrative of female icons.
Structure and sharp silhouettes are at the core of the design process, reflecting tailoring and womenswear from the 1950s and Belle Époque era. This harmony is achieved by sourcing men’s fabric, structured waistlines and 3D embellishment.
This collection is for a modern woman who wants to challenge short term trends by returning to classic design. The resurgence of timeless investment pieces is a pivotal concept for the collection.
