My project focuses on bringing recognition to homelessness in Dublin, in particular, street homelessness. Rough sleepers are the visible homeless many of us see on a day-to-day basis. I wanted this project to use straightforward design that would resonate with viewers as a familiar piece, but upon looking closer, it’s not quite as basic as it seems. I wanted to highlight the lack of basic amenities and personal belongings that many of us take for granted in everyday life, that homeless people do not have.

- Passing by. This is an overlapping of peoples interaction with the poster.

- Placement. Each poster was placed in the way we would generally see many homeless people set up.

- Home. The perspective of seeing a homeless person sit on the ground on a rainy day in Dublin, meters from my poster is a big reflection on that this is what is considered their home.

- Crane. The scale of the buildings in the background contrasting with the posters merely placed against the wall, reflecting the life of a homeless person.
