Smart Horse

‘Smart Horse’ is a toolkit that is dispensed from a re-appropriated condom machine situated in bathrooms of pubs and clubs to ask the question: "Why don't we treat drugs like safe sex?"

The Smart Horse toolkit allows the user to more accurately and consistently dose and split recreational drugs, while the information and directions supplied emphasise practices like not sharing sniffing devices etc., thereby reducing the risk of contracting diseases like HIV and Hepatitis.

Although the toolkit is not a perfect way to accurately and consistently dose drugs, the goal of the service is to give the user a baseline from which to gauge their drug usage, as well as allowing people to find out what’s normal and start dialogues about the nuances and misconceptions of recreational drug usage.
