‘It All Makes Sense’ is a body of work made up of eleven Acrylic paintings on 96cm diameter circular canvases. These paintings focus on two different perceptions of the senses. They are a combination made up of ten senses in their purest form intertwined with the sensory overloaded senses in which I experience daily life. The eleventh painting represents the non-conceptual sense of the mind. The geometrical formation within each painting expresses the components of the senses, while the fluorescent element of the series is a reflection of the intensity of the heightened senses.
Presented in a geodesic dome structure, this body of work is placed in a pattern where the centerpiece represents the mind. Underneath a mirror invites the viewer to self-reflect in the center of the senses, while the surrounding mirrors reflect the works; as above so below.
My paintings are detailed and spatial worlds that combine the ancient patterns of sacred geometry and human experiences with a twist of my visionary touch.
